Ce type d\u2019investissement permet \u00e0 MB&amp;F une stabilit\u00e9 plus grande sur le long terme. Cette arriv\u00e9e au capital de MB&amp;F se fait sans changement de direction annonc\u00e9 pour le moment.&nbsp;<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Chanel et les ind\u00e9pendants<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce n&#8217;est pas la premi\u00e8re fois que Chanel r\u00e9alise un tel investissement. Le cr\u00e9ateur de la J12 acquiert une participation de 20 % dans F.P. Journe en 2018 et une participation (minoritaire) dans Romain Gauthier en 2011. Ces entreprises sont rest\u00e9es ind\u00e9pendantes apr\u00e8s ces investissements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quelques chiffres sur MB&amp;F <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En 2023, MB&amp;F a fabriqu\u00e9 419 montres et a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 un chiffre d&#8217;affaires de pr\u00e8s de 48 millions d\u2019euros. L\u2019entreprise engage environ 50 employ\u00e9s.
